The Austin Fire Department uses a variety of GearGrid’s Fire Lockers to protect and store their gear and equipment. Using GearGrid’s Standard Mobile Lockers, the department can swiftly transport their gear and equipment across the station. The Standard Mobile Lockers allow flexibility and allows the department to adjust the shelves according to their storage needs. Additionally,  the department utilized GearGrid’s Standard Wall Mount Lockers which will allow them to properly dry their items due to the open grid design. With the combination of both kinds of GearGrid lockers, the department can effectively store, dry and protect their turnout gear.
