What is GearGrid’s return policy?
GearGrid accepts returns within 30 days of order delivery. A 25% restocking fee is applied to all returns. Please package the product appropriately so damage does not occur during return shipping. A copy of GearGrid’s Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form must accompany the returned product. After receipt of your return, please allow up to 45 days to receive credit, if approved.
